DESERT ISLAND MUSIC is a half-hour, weekly series, where musicians and their celebrity friends discuss the albums and songs that changed their lives. Artists will reveal in casual conversation, the importance of music, their favorite musicians and personal experiences directly related to the music they listened to - (ex: first instrument they learned to play, first album purchased, song they lost their virginity to, song that changed their life, etc.).  Then from the past to the present, we discover the music they are currently listening to, and the records they love from the underground music scene.
 
We visit them in their homes and studios as they play songs from their collection, we ride with them in their cars to hear what tunes they choose to cruise with, and we check out their iPods to see what music they need by their side.
